The perfect mix. Nikki’s Cookies & Confections® first began with a time-honored, English recipe from Blyborough, England; a recipe handed down to Nikki by her grandmother. For over 20 years as a specialty food company, our product line has grown from flavored shortbread varieties to a a full line of shortbreads, chocolate layered cookies and holiday specialties. Nikki offers a wonderful range of new and traditional cookies that add a taste of homemade fun, and are a delight to customers everywhere.
In the future, Nikki intends to position the company in the cookie and confection category serving both the specialty food market and the "gift" market. Nikki’s Cookies & Confections® has product solutions perfect for many annual occasions and special events.
As with past baking methods, Nikki uses only high quality, wholesome ingredients including Wisconsin farmer's butter. Most of her cookies are all-natural, all of them are kosher, with no preservatives added. In fact, her cookies are so wholesome they are even welcomed in health-food stores.
